Everything in one place

One platform for the whole compliance lifecycle.

From the first AI system you register to the documentation an auditor asks for — every step lives in Conforma, written in plain language.

AI inventory

Register every model, tool and vendor system in a single source of truth — searchable, exportable and always current.

Risk classification

A guided questionnaire places each system into the right tier — minimal, limited, high-risk or prohibited — and explains why.

Art. 6 · Annex III

Action plans

Every gap becomes a tracked task with an owner. It stays open until someone reviews and signs it off — never lost, never guessed.

Incident reporting

Log serious incidents and notify the competent authority of each country by email, straight from the record.

Living documentation

Technical files build themselves from your data — print-ready on formatted A4, with your company, version and date on every page.

The Act, on tap

Read the full AI Act inside the app. Every legal reference across Conforma is a link straight to the article it cites.

Three steps to ready

You don't need to be a lawyer to get compliant.

Conforma does the heavy lifting. You answer simple questions; it produces the structure, the score and the paperwork.

1

Add your AI systems

List the AI you build, buy or use. Pull from a library of common tools or add your own in a couple of fields.

2

Get classified & scored

Answer a short questionnaire per system. Conforma assigns the risk tier, calculates your readiness score and lists what's missing.

3

Stay audit-ready

Work through action plans, log incidents and export documentation that's always current — ready the moment an authority asks.

How the Act thinks

Four risk tiers. We tell you which one you're in.

The AI Act sorts every system by how much harm it could cause. Your obligations — and your deadlines — depend entirely on the tier. Conforma classifies each system for you.

Minimal

Spam filters, recommendation engines. Free to use with voluntary best practice.

no mandatory duties

Limited

Chatbots and generative tools. Must clearly tell people they're dealing with AI.

transparency duties

High-risk

Hiring, credit, essential services. Documentation, oversight and conformity assessment.

full obligations

Prohibited

Social scoring and similar uses. Banned outright across the EU.

Questions, answered

What teams ask before they start.

Does the EU AI Act apply to my company?

If you build, deploy or even procure AI systems whose output reaches anyone in the European Union, the AI Act likely applies — regardless of where your company is headquartered, much like the GDPR's reach.

Do I need a legal team to use it?

No. Conforma is built so a non-specialist can run it. You answer plain-language questions about each system and the platform handles the classification, scoring and documentation structure for you.

How are users and access managed?

The person who registers the company becomes the administrator. New team members are invited by access level, and for security every invited account must share the same email domain as the company that registered.

Where is my data hosted?

Conforma runs on EU infrastructure with encryption at rest, and is designed to sit alongside your existing GDPR obligations rather than duplicate them.

Will it support other EU languages?

The platform launches in English and is built from the ground up for translation, with all 24 official EU languages on the roadmap for both this site and the app.
